getting to know you
Our process begins with you.
Getting to know our new clients helps us plan a wedding that reflects their styles, tastes, and personalities. In our initial meeting, we will discuss your personal style, your favorite restaurants and date nights, and better understand what a perfect day sounds like to you. Since we believe that your wedding should be a true reflection of you, we want to know you both as a couple and as individuals! During this meeting, our team will review a general timeline for your day as well as suggest an appropriate budget for your celebration.
planning & logistics
From Timelines to Tents
No two weddings are alike and thus, no two planning or design packages are alike. After we better understand your wedding vision, we will schedule venue visits for you and your family. We take into account your guest list, the season in which you want to have your wedding, and the aesthetics that are important to you. From there, we will recommend vendors and begin to map out the detailed event timeline.
In addition to our full-service wedding day planning, we plan full wedding weekends: rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, guest activities, and farewell brunches.
event design
Design is in the Details
We design ballrooms to feel like enchanted English gardens, waterfront tents to be grand, black tie soirees, or we can transform the backyard of your family home into a sophisticated fete under the stars.
onsite management & coordination
Simply put, we will be onsite to handle all of the details.
Starting with setup even before the wedding day even begins, the Cristina Calvert Weddings team coordinates every detail. Our team orchestrates all vendor activity throughout the day, and we are almost always the last to leave the reception at the end of the night. From beginning to end, we execute every facet of the wedding day so you are free to fully enjoy the celebration!
The fun doesn’t stop with weddings; we are available for birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvah’s, and corporate events. We love to celebrate all of life’s moments with you!
