Cristina Calvert schoolmaster
Cristina’s love of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, her family, along with experiences traveling the world, have given her a passion for all that is elegant, lovely, and understated. Whether it is her affinity for chinoiserie, her appreciation for a great bowl of pasta, or her encyclopedic knowledge of classic wedding etiquette, Cristina’s old soul is on display from the moment you meet her. Relaxed formality and genuine joy and care for her clients are hallmarks that set her apart.
Cristina has worked in the events industry for her entire career. Prior to founding her company, she learned the foundations of event planning working for a wedding caterer, and later from serving as the Director of Events for multiple venues.
Cristina is based just outside of Washington D.C. in Potomac, Maryland where she lives with her husband and their golden retriever, Charlotte (aka Charlie.) In her free time, Cristina loves dreaming about her next vacation, cooking up magic in her genuine Moroccan tagine, taking a day trip to her old stomping grounds in Annapolis, and spending time with friends and family on the water in her beloved hometown of Oxford, Maryland.
